I didn't know where else to turn, but I'm wondering the simple (and stupid) question of how do I get started using and learning MySQL.
I recently switched to a hosting company that supports MySQL, but what do I need to get started using it and learning it? Does the MySQL only exist on a web host, or do I also have to have it on my machine to access and use it? How do I get started?
