This is my first post, and I appreciate your input on this task: MySQL is collecting CONTACT information of a membership organization. MAIN FUNCTIONS: 1) PRINTING ENVELOPES for a USPS MAILING to all members 2) Maintaining an e-mail list for regular mails to all members QUESTION: ***1) What software do you suggest to import the data from MySQL*** [contact information of individual members, 9 fields total] 2) Currently the contact information of 100 members is kept in MS OUTLOOK Does anyone know if the address book in Outlook can accept imports from MySQL? I was recommended to use either EXCEL, ACT2000 or look for a shareware type contact manager on Tucows.............ANY INPUT/RECOMMENDATION is greatly appreciated here.
