Hi; I've successfully installed mysql from source. However, I've run into a problem with trying to create databases or users:
mysql> create database cc_store; ERROR 1006: Can't create database 'cc_store'. (errno: 13) Furthermore, I can't edit the root password. What fundamental step have I missed?
