seem to be half remembering hearing somewhere that when Access opens a form (from any database, be it a jet database or MySQL linked via ODBC) it pulls down all the records that the form may want to look at as opposed to the one record you are looking at. Is this correct?
If so can some one point me in the right direction of what code to insert and where to ensure that the only data accessed is that for the current record.
