Hello, I cannot guarantee somehow an individual user the whole computing time used up.
Have mysql anything prozess accounting? Or other restrictions of CPU Time <-> User account? The problem is: one user had 100 (and more) prozesses to run, an other user starts queries and he can get no more computing time for his queries.
