Subject: Running SQL Scripts

Dudes & Dudettes,

I got a SQL script with all the SQL to setup a database. But I can't seem to
access the script. I did this before so I know it can be done, but I've to
do it for a new project, and I can't remeber how.

So I've 2 questions :
- Does my script file need to be a .sql file or just a plain .txt file???
- What command do I use : mysql < file_name <<<<<< Is this correct

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cheers,
J
