For various reasons, I need a C++ API to MySQL for use in Windows (and possibly Linux as well). I know I can find one or two in the downloads/contrib section but I'm looking for suggestions. I'm quite happy with the way the C API is set up. But I want something with nice C++ wrappers, ideally something that uses the C++ Standard Library correctly (i.e. #include <iostream> instead of #include <iostream.h>). Does anyone have any suggestions?
