Hi, I'm new at the Database Maintenance Role.
Can anyone tell me what are the basic things that need to be done to keep my
database healthy ?

i.e. I've heard that it's good to regularly rebuild indexes. How frequently
should that be done ?
And what is the best way to go about it.
