I am using PHP to access a MySQL DB. If I stop MySql and then restart it and then open my webpage the table values are correct. If I make a change to the table, close my browser and restart it, the table values are the old values.
If I stop MySQL after changes and then restart it, all works well. What am I doing wrong?
