Can this be done?

I'm trying to update a database.  Here's the query that's not working.  Is 
there another way of doing it or is this impossible with MySQL?

update SiteIndex
        set
                SiteIndex.Visitors = Pages.Visitors
        where
                SiteIndex.Title = Documents.Title AND
                Pages.DocID = Documents.ID
