The problem is that mysql server restarts itself. I read in mysql list that the possible reason is some bad query. I understand that I can find it in the mysqlbinlog. There is 3 queries in it and I repair one, but others were from module Apache::Session. One was this and looks OK but what is the reason to be in mysql bin log?
