Hi, again. Hmm. 1) Lets supose, i have ISP that supports mysql+apache+PHP. My php+mysql+apache based system is located on the ISP server. When i sell this PHP application to my client (any Company), this company works with my system over Internet on ISP. Anybody need licence ? I, the Client or my ISP ?? I would get the money for my job (system).
2) Supose, i give my system free for that Company, but all rights belong to me. Do i need licence for mysql ? 3) Supose, one men, works in this company, hi made system based on PHP+mysql+apache. He bought computer, installed linux,apache,php and mysql. Does his Company need buy a Licence for mysql server. They are using it internal in Company, as intranet system. Regards.
