Does the MySQL-API support MySQL v4 databases? If so to what extent - i.e. what features does the API not provide that v4 databases offer?
I could see nothing on here about it: http://www.mysql.com/downloads/api-mysql++.html I'm talking primarily about the Linux api but information on the windows (vc/bcpp) api would be beneficial also.
