Hi all, I just made the stupidest mistake I ever done:
I installed mysql on a RH Linux machine. And as usual I wanted to setup the users I need and take out the ones that I don't. Only when I executed a query, I did not realize that instead of deleting two users I deleted all users... And guess what, after that I flushed the privileges and exit mysql (I had no idea what I had just done). Later on I realized I can not connect to the server anymore, and then is when I realized what I had done. My question is: is there any way to connect to mysql server if there is no user in the user table?? Than you all, P.S. Don't judge me, I stayed up all night trying to finish a new project. --Cip-- --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before posting, please check: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php (the manual) http://lists.mysql.com/ (the list archive) To request this thread, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Trouble unsubscribing?
