Evening all, Apologies if this is more of an Access problem but am not sure which end of the system needs tweaking.
I have an Access database that I have exported and linked the tables from MySQL. At present I am still using the previous forms in Access to input data but it is causing problems. Some parts of the form require information from primary key (shown in a text box) but it is not updating after input of data in a new record, also moving onto the next record causes Access to show #Deleted in a number of fields in the record which has just been completed even though the data is in the table. Reopening the form solves these. Any suggestions what needs tweaking please? Alex --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
