Hey ! I think I found the problem.....ibdata1 is only set to 64MB.....which is the default size (stupid me :( )... I just deleted everything....and reconstructed my InnoDB files but this time, I have set it to 2000M :)
I used mysqldump to create a file which will create all tables and insert data. I also set my MySQL server so that it create InnoDB tables by default. MySQL is currently in the processing of constructing the tables.....looks like...the problem has been solved!
