I'm having trouble with Apache dying after log rotation and have tracked it down to the mssqladmin. When I try the:
/usr/sbin/logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.conf I get the following error: /usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)' /usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)' What does MySQL have to do with log rotation? How do I get this to stop causing Apache to die?
