I have a standard installation of Mysql on a red hat 7.1 box. I am confused as to where I can disable the SKIP_LOCKING feature.
There is no skip_locking-option in /etc/my.cnf. I removed the string "--skip_locking" from /usr/bin/safe_mysqld. I can't find it anywhere, still when I do mysqladmin variables it reports sklip_locking ON. Where do I turn it off? ...Jesper _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos är det enklaste sättet att dela ut och skriva ut foton: http://photos.msn.se/Support/WorldWide.aspx --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before posting, please check: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php (the manual) http://lists.mysql.com/ (the list archive) To request this thread, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Trouble unsubscribing?
