You can also try VisoModeler from http://download.microsoft.com/download/visio2000enterprise/ORMtool/3.1/WIN98/EN-US/msvm31.exe. Use the generic ODBC driver to access your MySQL database. It is 2 years old and unsupported by MS but it is free and very good.
