ADODB.Connection- Error

I have the following message since that time I installed the new MS-Securety Patch:

ADODB.Connection- Fehler '800a0e7a'
Der Provider kann nicht gefunden werden. M�glicherweise ist er nicht richtig 
installiert worden.

can anybody help me?
It's an Windows 2000 System (GERMAN) with myODBC 2.5 and mySQL 3.23.43
