It's something that may happen if you don't trim your quoted messages when you're replying. In one of your recent your messages you left the whole message you were replying to hanging on the end. That includes the "unsubscribe" address that's personalized for you. Someone clicked on it, probably unintentionally when trying to unsubscribe herself.
