Without knowing what you need to be able to do in a MySQL GUI: I have MyCC 0.8.2 from MySQL AB and dbTools 1.0.13 from www.dbtools.com.br.
I like both. MyCC is alpha and a little finicky at times...but easy to use. dbTools is interesting and has a lot of potential.
