Hi there, My Ibdatafile is set too big (the disk is full to the point that nothing is executing properly) I am wondering is it safe to delete this file and then in the my.cnf file reset the size to something smaller... - how does the Ibdata file work in conjunction with mysql... Will I lose data if I do this?
