There are several graphical Windows clients available for mysql. The one I'm using at the moment is from http://www.anse.de/mysqlfront/ and it's very good. There's a newer one out though (sorry, don't have the URL) that is more like MS SQL Query Analyzer. I have it installed on my desktop machine and it's fast becoming my favorite. (It was announced within the last month on the announce list...check the archives.)
