Try Visiomodeler from MS. Download at http://download.microsoft.com/download/visio2000enterprise/ORMtool/3.1/WIN98/EN-US/msvm31.exe. Use ODBC to access MySQL. It can reverse engineer your MySQL database and can generate SQL to build your database.
