You can connect using mysql command-line client or any GUI for MySQL, f.e.
MyCC:
     http://www.mysql.com/downloads/gui-mycc.html

If you need it, you can create it by yourself. (you can find examples: 
my-large.cnf, my-huge.cnf etc.)
