Daniel,

thank you for noticing this. Apparently the Win distribution of
MySQL-Max-4.0.2 is accidentally the same file as MySQL-Max-4.0.1.

Workaround if you do not need BDB tables: download the Win distribution of
MySQL-4.0.2 (without the 'Max').
