Hi, We are doing some optimization of our MySQL databases (tweaking the my.cnf file) to try to get better performance.
We run MySQL 3.23.49 on a FreeBSD 4.5 machine and we are looking for some programs that can stresstest the servers. I have had a look at http://osdb.sourceforge.net/ but it doesn't seem to compile under FreeBSD. What kind of tests do you guys/girls perform to find the best configuration of your systems?
