When using ODBC on win 2k, it (ODBC) seemingly randomly reports an error that a table is already locked when an attempt is made update a row in it. This happens in a single user environment. The application using ODBC, works fine when configured to access the mysql database using it's native drivers and not to go through ODBC. However, we have a specific customer requirement and need to sort this out.
Any ideas, suggestions, accounts of similar experiences or otherwise useful information would be appreciated. Can provide more detail if needed.
