The formatting are the same YYYY-MM-DD HH: -----

The timestamp field is set automatic by the system when updating a record.
The date/time fields are for Your control and usage.

Take a look in the manual 6.2.2.2 The DATETIME, DATE, and TIMESTAMP Types
