I am trying to host a message board through a service from www.phpbb.com. To install it, I need to create a blank mySQL database. I've perused the documentation and have not been able to figure out how. When I have "succeeded", it seems all that is created is an empty folder with the name I gave the database. Is this right? If not, how (else) can I create it?
