A quick ( < 1 min ) look at the website reveals http://www.mysql.com/company/contact.html and that you probably want to contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] A quick search in any of the mail archives would reveal Monty's address (which I am not going to cite explicitly, because I respect that MySQL AB has published the suggested communication channels for some reason).
