If you check tables with CHECK TABLE clause, do you get any error or
warning? If so, repair table.
You can also re-create indexes with myisamchk utility.
If it doesn't help, check the following section of the manual:
   http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/No_matching_rows.html

and at the end send a bug report.
