You should check on your <hostname>.err file, 

if you find something like mysql restarted, 
or maybe even you PC restarted / rebooted not in proper way (without shutting down 
mysqld properly) ... 

then you should solve the restarting problem. 

but for preventive action, you can create a scheduled job/task for repairing your 
tables.
