I have a brand new install of mysql . I have set every thing up just like I have on many Linux server but this one I am getting an error when I try to create a database from the Command line from and PHP script or from phpMyAdmin. Could somebody tell me what this error is and how I can fix it. I have un-installed and re installed mysql at least 3 times and I can not get it to work.
