Hi mysql people, I am trying to install mysql on SuSE-8 from source. everything goes fine untill make install. It then exists with the following errors:
make[2]: *** [install-benchSCRIPTS] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/mysql-3.23.52/sql-bench' make[1]: *** [install-am] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/mysql-3.23.52/sql-bench' make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1 I dont want to use the binary included in my distro as it has not been compiled with pam_mysql. Please help, I needed this up yesterday. Any help will be much apreciated.
