Greetings... I want to create a user which will have only Select privileges in two columns a particular table.
For that I creates a entry in the User table in MySQL and set it as default with N in all. Also I entered some rows in the Columns_Priv table. Now my question is - Do I have to enter records in db and tables_priv table with the user name and all privileges set to N or default to make the column privileges work or if I enter a row in the columns_priv table, that will do.
