Hi List I have a table with 90 Millions records and 8 indexes (75GB). I am trying to drop one of them but I get an errorcode 28 (no space left on device). df- v gives me an extra 27% of free space.
My questions: Does MySQL use temporary areas to drop indexes and for what ? Is there a way to tell to MySQL to ignore this ?
