Even I have tried, SQLyog and MyCC both. MyCC has some interesting features like Blob Editing and Editing Table Properties etc. but SQLyog has some very good features like Multiple Query Execution and Multiple ResultSet in different tabs, which I find usefule manytimes.
If you are heavy queries, then I suppose SQLyog is a better option.
