We're working on developing real-world database workloads at the Open Source Development Lab (http://www.osdl.org/projects/performance/). While these are based on the TPC benchmarks, the intent is to evaluate system performance as opposed to seeing which database is faster. Our development here is currently focused on SAP DB, but this does not mean we want it to exclusively work with that database. We would love (and appreciate) any help to adapt it to work with SAP DB.
