I'm sure this is a common requirement, but the only thing I could find in the docs or in a book or two was an unanswered version of the same question at http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/CREATE_DATABASE.html .
I'm setting up MySQL on a small ISP and would like to be able to restrict the size of individual databases to something like 25M. What's the best way of getting this done? The server is running Solaris, if it's necessary to do it through the OS insteady of through MySQL. Thanks.
