I believe you'll be waiting until version 4.1.0 for full Stored procedures support.
At that point I'm not sure what we'll be waiting for. There are a few features that will be missing, but they will be the kind of things that financial institutions need, IIRC. Most of us won't care about those... I'm kinda waiting for Stored Procedures meself, but am hoping that they will hit by June of next year.
