Hi Andre. When I write VERSION I refer to the version of MySQL.
If you want the stable version of MySQL look at http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql-3.23.html. If you want MySQL-4.0.4 (the devel version of MySQL) look at http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql-pro-4.0.html. In both cases look at RPM packages in Linux downloads section: MySQL 3.23.53a Server MySQL 3.23.53a Benchmark/test suites MySQL 3.23.53a Client programs (MySQL-client-VERSION.rpm) MySQL 3.23.53a Libraries and Header files for development (MySQL-devel-VERSION.rpm) MySQL 3.23.53a Client shared libraries (MySQL-shared-VERSION.rpm) Iago. > -----Mensaje original----- > De: Andre Kirchner [mailto:sieg1974@;yahoo.com] > Enviado el: martes, 22 de octubre de 2002 10:05 > Para: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Asunto: RE: Where is the mysqladmin? > > > Hi Iago, > > but where can I get the MySQL-client-VERSION.rpm, > ySQL-shared-VERSION.rpm and the > MySQL-devel-VERSION.rpm? > I didn't find them available at the www.mysql.com > site. > > Thanks, > > Andre > > > --- Iago Sineiro <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hi Andre. > > > > You need MySQL-client-VERSION.rpm package for use > > mysqladmin.
