The MySQL tables in case of "MyISAM tables" are separated in :
.frm - The struct (header) of table
.MYD - The DATA of table
.MYI - The Indexes of table
in case of InnoDB , only .frm exists , the DATA and Indexes are

To copy the "database of user" ( user , password , perm, etc... ) , you must dump the
database called
"mysql" ( all tables )
