Thanks, for all the replays, now it�s ok.
The problem was in the db.properties, there was an insert like this:
db.connect.suffix="characterEncoding=iso-8859-2&useUnicode=true"
it only works without the "":
db.connect.suffix=characterEncoding=iso-8859-2&useUnicode=true
