I am not sure it's mysql's problem or myODBC351's problem....

But, what I am sure is
    rs2("data").Value = Now
is working fine in mysql323 + myodbc351

but, err in mysql407 + myodbc351

the err msg in msgbox: Query-based update failed because the row to update
could not be found.
