Ok, I finally got a src version of MySQL that worked. Now, i've got another problem. I FINALLY found this "termcap" library, I guess it's part of Emacs. SO, I installed Emacs. I even checked that termcap.c was in the /src directory. Now, I still get this error when configuring MySQL: "checking for termcap functions library... configure: error: No curses/termcap library found"
p.s.
