I agre with the DuBois recommendation. I have a couple of quibbles, but overall, I think it's a great book (and I did a pretty exhaustive check when I was first learning mysql.
That said, I think that different books, and different methods of presentation, speak to different people. I've found that the best way to decide on a book is to take one topic, and look at how that topic is presented across a variety of books (easy to do in a store like b&n or amazon). matt ----- Original Message ----- From: Jerry M.
