For Perl code, go to:
http://www.kitebird.com/mysql-perl/ and download the webdb distribution. Look in the image directory. For PHP (and Perl and Python) code, go to: http://www.kitebird.com/mysql-cookbook/ and download the recipes distribution. Look in the apache/images directory.
