There's a relatively low-cost ODBC utility called DBScripter that does a pretty good job creating scripts for exporting ddl and data from ODBC datasources. It allows you to build dialects for server-based SQL variations. I don't think that there's a current MySQL dialect, but looks pretty simple to put one together.
